My first visit with Dr. Dewey was a good experience. My second time seeing him, he was brusque and fell just a little short of saying that I was wasting an appointment slot with my visit. He asked me an inappropriate question about my sex life and then asked me if I knew where my clitoris was and briefly touched it. I was extremely uncomfortable, shocked, and confused but I was young and was unsure of myself. I never went back. My sister-in-law also stopped seeing him because she had "heard some things" about him but did not elaborate. Since seeing him years ago, I've had 6 babies and seen many doctors and never had an uncomfortable or strange visit with any of them. Even though it has been years since my last visit with him, it has bothered me enough that I felt I should warn others to stay AWAY.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They didn't mention anything about risks or benefits. I felt really rushed like they just wanted to get me out of there. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Doctor does not remember me or my case. Never takes good enough notes because he can't remember anything he says or what we discuss. I wait in the room anywhere from 15 mins to 30 to be greated. The nurses and front desk are rude and just act like I annoy them. Looking for a new doctor.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
