The staff is very helpful and provided a comfort level for a very personal procedure including Dr. Jones friendly and reassuring comforting conversation prior to the procedure.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. This was my third trip under the scope and it was the most satisfying one yet. The staff was very friendly and courteous to be around. The team and Doctor Jones seemed to be in step with one another and the procedure went smoothly and with no delays. I got feedback and photographs within minutes of becoming conscious. The results were explained to me in simple terms and I appreciate that.

Nursing staff were friendly and thorough, and although Dr. Jones was running behind he took the time with me to go over the procedure and the results.

Dr Jones clearly explained my test results and was willing to listen to and answer my questions. I was very happy to learn that my inflammation level had gone down more than 10 points, which is great news! I'm happy with the treatment plan I'm on because it's producing good results.

Everything was professional and positive at IMC. The procedure was an hour late but I understand that this may happen later in the day. The nurses were great and the Doctor was very specific in his instructions and explanations of the process. I was very satisfied with the total experience.

Excellent facility. Very helpful staff and very cordial. Dr. Jones is the first time that I saw him. He was well informed about my situation and the trips that I had taken to the ER. He had all the answers to my questions and provide all the options for my situation. It seems very detailed.

Making the appointment was easy and the directions for the preparation for the procedure were clear. It was expressed to me by others that the preparation is the hardest part and I agree. Following the directions for good preparation are important because it yields accuracy. The staff at IMC were friendly and lead me through the process step by step. They provided clear information and were willing to answer my questions. After the procedure, Dr. Jones explained the results and offered follow up information.

We filled out the online admission documents so admitting was very easy. Getting ready was fine. My wife waited in the waiting room and because of a 30 to 40 backup of patients she waited longer than she expected and was not told of the extended wait time. The staff was great and handled things very professionally. The procedure went very well and Dr Jones came in after the procedure and explained everything in depth. He had looked at the images of process and had written up comments of explanation on the copies of the images that we were given to take with us. I felt very comfortable and really had a great experience.

I was taken back at the exact time that I was scheduled for. I was treated very friendly. The procedure went well and I was given some cookies after. Dr. Jones was very friendly and nice and gave me a good report. Wish we could have found out what the problem is but, we will keep going.
