Dr. Checkette did a fine job BUT he had a resident take a biopsy on my back. The resident cut too deep and I felt pain. I bled too much, they had to cauterize my back repeatedly and I now have a scar on my back. To add insult to injury, Tanner Clinic billed me for Dr. Checkette doing the work and refused to discount the bill in any way. They then sent me to collections.

I liked Dr. Checketts the second he walked in the door to my examination room. He was friendly yet professional and I was impressed with his expertise. His staff was also friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying.
