I have had several instances with them after having surgery. I never received a bill from them. When I check in for surgery with the hospital, my information is updated with the facility, but not the anesthesia group apparently. They will call an old phone number, not my current one, and leave 1 maybe 2 messages saying that I need to pay my bill. I will get this message 2-5 days later and try to call them, leave them a message with my NEW number, but then they will call the old one back. I have the $$ to pay my bill, but I think they like to send people to collections! I have been sent there 3 times now because of their poor billing practices. This hurts my credit rating. The bad thing is, my insurance requires me to go to the facility where they are the only anesthesia group..

I don't think the office knows anything about insurance billing! I was lied to about the billing codes to be used and now they are charging me 3 times more. Dr Bohman didn't even come talk to me before I was put under. Do NOT use them!!! It's been over 4 months and I am still fighting the bill. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the doctor and how things went. The billing office is a nightmare and no one seems to know anything or how to help you. Be smart and take your business elsewhere.

there billing dept is horrible i got turned into collections due to them "coding" the procedure incorrectly. Then my insurance paid the bill after I paid it and its been a nightmare trying to get my money back>>>

do not use them.. they are mean and do not care about patients.. the billing staff are very rude.
