Very rude condescending doctor. Doesn't listen to your questions. Makes you feel as if you're wasting his time. Negative 10 stars if possible. Don't waste your money. Buy nasal spray and save your time .Because he won't give you any help.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

They called to remind me of my appointment. My appointment was at 10:20 and I wasn't seen until 11:30 but with how detailed Dr. Wong was about my case, I can only understand that this is the reason for the wait. I am sure he is this detailed with all of his patients. I was left in the appointment room by myself for what I thought was a long time, but they eventually returned for me to learn that he was analyzing my CAT scan. He did recommend surgery but explained why it was necessary. I am going to go through with the surgery and if I have any other complications later in life, I will definitely come back.

I was very displeased when I realized how quickly they were already recommending surgery. No other options were even presented to me and they were quite pushy. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
