The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Yes very quickly, and it was very accurate
Did this provider offer a variety of financing options?
Definitely! They have some of the best financing options I've seen
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
I had to wait for a little while.
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Never, they are very reliable.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They thoroughly explained both the procedure and the recovery process to me. All of my questions were answered and I felt totally prepared for everything. Getting an appointment at this office was difficult, but worth the wait. The office is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Kelley is absolutely amazing and makes others in the same field look like beginners.
