Undoubtedly, Dr. Howard Tobin most talented, knowledgeable, and compassionate cosmetic surgeon in Southwestern USA. February 2017, he performed face lift, full laser resurfacing, and lower eye lid surgery. I am 68, and he performed 1st face lift 1997. (with awesome results as well) No surprise, numerous surgeons have sought training under Dr. Tobin to learn up-to-date cosmetic surgical techniques. My husband is now excited for his lower eye lid surgery! Hurray!
