They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
I have recommended many friends and relatives to Dr. Klein, and everyone of them has come back with great reviews.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was a little disappointed with their waiting room chairs. You'd think they'd make more of an effort to make sure their patients were comfortable while they waited, but they didn't. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
