The parking situation at their office is typical for the medical center and you always have to pay for the privilege. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They address me by name and we pick up where we left off with minor refreshment at the appointment. I've had no problem making appointments. They always advise me of possible discomfort from whatever the procedure is.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I could tell that they really cared about all of their patients, and didn’t just treat them like numbers. They didn’t rush my appointment at all, and made sure every question I had was answered before I left. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
