I had given a 5 star, but after today I had to knock it down a few notches... Im very disappointed with what took place. I was a patient here and Dr. Caram even delivered my child in 2017. I have been having terrible hormone imbalances and seriously am in need of help for my hormonal health. I made an appointment for today, I arrived on time. When i made the appointment I told her i was a cash patient and ask how much it would be. The receptionist told me it would be $90 except I had a $40 credit so I would only have to pay $50. When I got there she was updating my information at the desk and it came time to pay for my appointment. It turns out not only did I NOT have a $40 credit , I had a past due amount of $142 that i had never received a bill for. I said, OK can I just pay the $90 now and either call tomorrow after I get my paycheck to pay the $142 or I can set up a payment plan to take care of it. She checked with someone named Melissa in the back who told her "No it must be paid in full today before being seen" . I had been waiting on this appointment for two weeks, I needed to find out whats going on with me and my awful hormone imbalance. I took the 2nd half of my day off from work and drove to downtown 30 min from my home to make this appointment only to be turned away because I couldn't PAY IN FULL right then ($250 more than I had anticipated by the way) . I will never go back to this dr office again , not only am I an existing patient since 2017, my oldest daughter is a patient also. I felt completely disregarded as if my health was not a priority. Any physicians office that will put the bottom line over a patients health should rethink why they are in practice.

Dr Caram was a wonderful dr the day I went in for the first time. She is really down to earth person.

I went to Dr.Caram with my bestfriend during one of her appointments & instantly knew that she would be the Dr I’d want to see whenever I was to become pregnant & here i am today waiting on my appointment. She’s so informative, friendly, & gives you plenty of options & insight on what’s going to happen, what could happen, as well as alternatives.

Dr. Caram has the best bedside manner I have ever seen. She was professional yet very personable. She put me at ease right away. I would highly recommend her.
