Not at all. The examining rooms were dark and plain

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Dr. Salinas saw our newborn in the hospital (we had actually signed up to see another pediatrician in the group) and then again 6 days later for a routine follow-up appointment in her Stone Oak office. I was extrememly disappointed in her level of care. She did not thoroughly exam my newborn and was evasive to my questions. I am a very patient and polite person. She couldn't even barely make eye contact. Not agood way to develop trust with your pediatrician. Seemed like she didn't want to spend hardly any time at all. Did not even ask if I had any questions.

The office was dirty as well. The exam room did not have paper towels at the sink. The bathrooms were out of toliet paper and soap-I kid you not! When numerous patients asked about toliet paper and soap in the bathrooms they simply said they were out and that it was on order. This is a health issue! The Drs. should have immediately sent out a staff member to buy necessary items at Walgreens down the road.

When I was leaving the exam room I asked if I could stay a few minutes to nurse my daughter and although she said yes, the nurse made it a point to express through her mannerisms and voice that she was annoyed with this request.

I will never go back to this clinic.
