My son's have been patients of Dr. Benbow's for 16 years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always willing to listen. Even though I have moved from San Antonio to Boerne, I will not change to a closer Pediatric office. I know they always have my son's best interest at heart and will do the right thing for my boys.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was worked into dr. Benbow's schedules; he even saw us on his lunch!

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
