They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. My child absolutely loves Otto Kieffer, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care.
