Nurse Sharon was rude and aggressively handled my 3 year old daughter and made her cry. She asked my daughter to get on the scale and my daughter said okay just a minute (she is 3 and was playing a game on my phone). Sharon immediately (without giving my daughter a chance to put the phone down) took the phone away from her and grabbed my daughter then very roughly put her on the scale and proceeded to tell my child that no we are not waiting there are sick children that needed to be seen and she wasn't sick so she needed to be seen and you are not sick so hurry up so other sick children can get back here (lobby was almost empty). My daughter began to cry and the nurse asked what was wrong with her, I said you upset her. She apologized and said she was having a bad day. I have never had this happen with any doctor or nurse! She should be fired! Also the lobby smelled bad. We will never go back to this place!
