The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

I have 3 children and they all have been going since birth. my oldest is 7. They have a wonderful staff. Janet and Rocky are the best. They go above and beyond. Excellent all around service. No long waiting. I am usually in and out in under an hour. I drive from Lancaster, TX for the best service. Courteous staff - Great service.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Yes
If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision?
No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important
