They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places.

Dr. Bootin is a good professional, but her staff is terrible. In 3 occasions my son needed prescriptions for exams (recommended by Speach Therapy), or just a signature on a piece of paper so he could go to school. Every time I called Dr. Bootin's office, I was informed that the person responsible for that (Lori) was not in the office and would call me back. In every occasion I sent faxes and called her for 1 to 2 weeks and she never got back to me. I had to ask the prescriptions and get the signatures I needed from a different doctor (Neuropediatirician). So, be aware that, although Dr. Bootin is a good doctor, her staff may treat you like garbage!

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

No, it wasn't too loud

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
