Excellent doctor and amazing staff.
Paid attention to details of my medical condition. Explained and answered all my questions. I trust her judgment of my medical condition. She will be recommended to others

If I could give her 0 I would. she really has no idea.
She should be fired and left in the front yard of her million dollar home. She specializes in fraud and thats about it. She couldnt be bothered to help me with the issues I was there for. Her staff was less than helpful. The bill I got (from my insurance) she charged me $15 for a bandaid. When I called and spoke to Brenda she told me sorry nothing she could do the price to do buisness is just too high. I refused to pay it and was reported to collections and I ended paying pennies on the dollar but still. The bed pillows are nice but the one I had weirdly had grass stains on it as if it was used. Over all I will never ever come back here again.

I've gone to the Egerton Clinic since it was actually staffed by the doctors Egerton but have stayed since Dr. Khan took it over. Dr. Khan is a very good and thorough doctor. She is a bit "test happy" though and certainly money hungry. Sometimes I get the feeling she's trying to cover her butt the way she orders so many tests. I feel it's important to point that out but I want to emphasize that she is a very good doctor. I should also point out that my husband didn't like her at all and found her to be unsympathetic and abrupt. You can't ever get test results without making (and paying for) another appointment for an office visit. You are constantly going back for follow up visits.

The big problem here is the office and the support staff. The "nurse" is not a nurse at all. I think most of her staff comes fresh from the medical assisting program at San Jac, which is fine, but they're not nurses, not even CNAs. I think that shows in the extreme lack of medical knowledge they have. I would put my own medical knowledge up against theirs any day. It's that bad. And it can be dangerous. I've been given incorrect information that I knew was incorrect and had to point it out to them only for them to go back and confirm that I was right and they were wrong. They're certainly nice enough, just not every experienced and that's a little scary.

The office if FILTHY!!! The walls have needed to be painted for years. There are always lights that need to be replaced. There are holes in the walls from fixtures or who-knows-what that were removed long ago and should have been painted over. I don't even really know what all to go into because it's just a disaster. I'm embarrassed to tell people I go here-- so I don't. I would never recommend this to anyone. I continue to go because I can get in quickly (evidence of a decline in patients because you used to never be able to get in the same day), I like Dr. Khan, I have a very long and eventful medical history that is documented there and it would be a total pain to move.

I feel like the shoddy office and the inexperienced staff, coupled with the refusal to discuss anything over the phone with you (and they stopped taking credit cards because they don't want to pay the credit card fee ) is indicative of an operation that is all about making and pocketing as much profit as they can. Rather than spend money on a better trained and higher qualified staff and providing a more pleasing office environment, these things are completely ignored.

If you are in the process of looking for a new doctor, I would not go here at all. It's a shame because Dr. Khan is a good doctor. There's just too much wrong here.
