Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My children do not want to go anywhere ese. They always leave with a smile and a sticker!

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office was easy enough to find. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.
