Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I wasn't too impressed with their staff. They were decent, but they weren't very friendly or welcoming. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions
