The office is dirty and old, the staff is the rudest i'v ever seen. You cant even get a person on the phone, all recordings to leave a message that they dont return calls. The wait is insane, 4-6 hours from your appt time, only to get rushed in and out. Time to find another Doctor!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND PERSONALLY ATTACK YOU AS A PATIENT IF YOU DO ANYTHING THEY THINK IS WRONG, ITS LIKE WALKING ON EGG SHELLS. I HAD AN APPT ONE DAY, WENT IN AND SAT FOR AN HOUR, GOT A CALL FROM A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND I ALERTED THE STAFF THAT I HAD TO LEAVE. WHEN I CAME BACK A FEW WEEKS LATER, THE VERY VERY RUDE FEMALE AT THE FRONT DESK PULLED ME ASIDE AND SAID THEY TERMINATED MY RECORD AS A PATIENT BECAUSE I LEFT THAT DAY, THIS PLEASE IS A JOKE AND I HOPE THEY GET LOOKED INTO. SCAMMING THE GOVERNMENT FOR PEOPLE ON MEDICADE, AND OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES. DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, BELIEVE ME..YOU WILL LEAVE FEELING WORSE THAN WHEN YOU CAME IN!!!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. After 11 years of waiting in his office for anywhere from 4-10 hours, he would rush in, start writing...usually the wrong prescription. The staff is horrible. They are mean and constantly giving the wrong appointments. The fewer staff he has, the more money in his pocket. Then suddenly after 11 years, he abandoned me. I mean that in the truest sense of the word. He won't return call, refill my meds...which I'm now in complete withdrawal. Dr. Jimenez overbooks as many Medicare patients as he can. That IS the bottom line for him...MONEY....MEDICARE MONEY. It's against the law to abandon a patient. Trust me, he has a law suit coming!

the doctors wife gave the consultation that lasted less then 8 minutes. Never a cosultation by the doctor Jimenez!!

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The staff definitely wasn't friendly. It seemed like they were annoyed to have to be helping me. I had an emergency recently, and I couldn't get a hold of them. It was frustrating to know that I couldn't count on them. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. It really bothers me that every time I visit them, I have to re-explain why I'm there and my situation, because they never remember. It makes me feel like they don't listen to me while I'm there.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Their prices were very affordable, and they told me before my appointment how much I could expect to pay. If I’m in some sort of an emergency, and there’s no one else who could help me, then I’d go back to visit them. I’m hoping I’ll be able to find someone else who can help me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
