My mom has been seeing Lineback for over 10 years. 2 months ago their office took a nose dive and has become the worst psychiatrist office in the area.
Instead of getting their staff to answer the phone (who by the way just stand around talking) , they have now hired a phone service. So basically, you call and leave a message, Linebacks office will call you when and if they feel like it. So this also means the pharmacy cant get through to verify refills. My mom went almost 2 weeks without meds because of this game. Eventually I just started going to the office instead of calling.
The older lady with long hair likes to play games and will lie to you in order to avoid any confrontation, 2 seperate times she told me she was calling to have my moms refills taken care of. The pharmacy never received a call. Finally We had to go up there and tell them we weren't leaving, till they called it in.

they are also unable to keep up with appointments. Same appointment had to be rescheduled 3 times, due to their inability to write it on their books or schedule it for a time when the Dr would actually be in the office .
As for the dr, hes not there to talk about your problems, help you find ways to cope with issues or offer alternative ways to help get you to the underlying issue of you problem. He is strictly there to prescribe you drugs, adjust your dosage or change your meds. Lineback gets paid a lot of money, to make you wait forever to see him, for you 10 min appointment.
My mother wont be going back here. We have already found another Dr to take her as a patient. People you don't have to settle, there are other choices!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are the most attentive psychiatrist I've ever met. They always listen carefully to whatever I have to say. As soon as I walked in the door, I noticed their credentials displayed prominently. It made me even more confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were doing. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
