I was told by Red Oak Psychiatry that he had retired. Evidently that was a LIE. Good to know. I think I will contact a Lawyer!! Furthermore he kept asking me VERY personal questions about my gynecology experiences!

---Throughout six years i have been through about 5 or 6 different doctors and every time i had to go in for an appointment i was dreadful. I have Medicaid right now because i am 29 weeks pregnant and i know for a fact that Medicaid doesn't pay as much as private insurances so i was not expecting any thing other than what i saw all my previous doctors as... which is NUMB, COLD, WORKING VERY QUICKLY, and UNINTERESTED IN WHATS REALLY HAPPENING AND EFFECTING MY LIFE. I was with DR. RICHARD NOEL... i dreaded him... he doesn’t take Medicaid either... I think he is more into his money than being a doctor. Well at RED OAK my first appointment was at 1:30pm and all though ii was very irritated that i didn’t get seen till 4:00pm (it took very long due to me being a NEW patient) when i sat down in Dr. SKIBA'S office i felt comforted. I noticed right away on the walls his degrees; HARVARD was one of the many! He Became a Doctor in 1990. I was so shocked how much i liked him. His overall personality and he really knows what he is doing. You can tell he likes what he does and that is wonderful to see. He really cared, really helped, and really brightened my thoughts on psychology in general. i am attending college now to follow in his golden foot steps and DR. SKIBA is a true INSPIRATION.
