I love Dr. Arbona! We have been going to him for several years. He doesn't coddle you but does listen and helps you. His staff call to remind you of your appointment the day before. Very professional doctor and staff. Great Doctor

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay for my appointment. They have very affordable prices. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Can I give this doctor less than 1 star? I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.
I can't believe this man is licensed when he is the one in need of psychiatric care! He is rude, condescending, and unaccommodating. He supposedly handles children and adolescents but does not allow them in his waiting room. Really?

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
