Dr Noss was my physician back in the late 1980’s before he specialized in Psychiatry. He always provided excellent care and was very involved. I recently used his Psychiatry services and again, he provided the best care. he is very professional, caring and non judgmental. I highly recommend him. prp 6/3/2008
