Took 2 months to get an appointment with him. While in the waiting room I see 3 other people waiting and sit down to fill out a pack of new patient forms. About 15 minutes in, a man walks in and asks "is he on time today", people in waiting room say "nope I have been here for 2 hours". Front lady clerk asks if he wants to reschedule, he replies "i came all the way from Dallas"... I overhear the nurse that is taking the next patient to the back explain that "the Dr. isn't here today, his nurse is taking his place".... I walk out and never look back. Try Scott and White health.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
