I was amazed by how professional and friendly their staff was. They went above and beyond what I ever expected. One thing I like about them, is how easy they are to reach in an emergency. They took my call and helped me right away. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed.

They try to work with me to get an appointment time that works for me sometimes, but most of the time it's really difficult to get an appointment that doesn't conflict with my schedule. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
