Rick Ford royally screwed up my wrist and hand! When I broke my wrist, he put a plate in it and instead of using the right size plate, he used one he had to cut down. He didn't smooth the edges which resulted in the shredding of two extensor tendons to my fingers. It became inflamed and swollen on the back of my hand and he did nothing about it, wasn't concerned in the least! My fingers finally dropped and I had no control of them. I had to go to a hand specialist that did a tendon transfer. I now have two tendons to work four fingers. Needless to say, my hand is deformed! I should own everything he has! I highly recommend running the opposite direction from him. Do not let him touch you! I wanted to do NO stars but it wouldn't let me.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
