I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They cancel on me all the time.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

So far just one visit and it went ok. The staff was friendly enough, but the office was packed and I waited for over two hours after my appointment time to be seen. Once I finally did see Dr. Allred, the appointment went quickly. Questions were answered, explanations were thorough, and his demeanor was professional yet friendly.
