I spent barely any time with Dr Esses. The man uses very unprofessional language when speaking to his patients. I feel like just another number when at his office. He and his staff all need serious customer service training. I am not ever planning to go back to his office, let alone have him operate on my back. If Dr. Esses is that unprofessional when talking to him personally, is he equally as unprofessional when in the operating room... NOPE, that man is not touching me!

From the moment I arrived, I was treated like I was the only patient there. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. The visit with the doctor was very professional and he was very kind. He suggested not surgery, which I was afraid I would hear, and said we would start with PT and maybe later injections but not now. I was also informed that I had something that he would talk to my internets about but it was not something to worry about but be aware of. I would highly recommend Dr. Esses and his staff.
