Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
