They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
