He threatened to slap me, he was unprofessional. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. One thing that's been so annoying about Scheel Nayar, DO, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

No, they didn't seem to know much

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
