Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. She was often very condescending, which made me feel bad. She didnt have a great bed side manner. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I hade to leave a VM with the nurse to get simple questions answered- sometimes it took 12-36 hours to hear back. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I always always waited in the waiting room and in the doctors office. I would not recommend for help with infertility- just see an RE, don't waste your time with her. I had 2 IUI's done and one time a nurse did the IUI because my doc had an emergency and no other doc could do my IUI. After paying $900 out of pocket because my insurance doesnt cover infertility I was frustrated. When I checked out after my visit the staff was usually cranky- and this isnt one incident-- this is many many visits at this office. Very very busy office and customer serivce isnt great at all. I am a person with a high tolerance and understand that everyone has bad days but most of the staff need improvements.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
