I was using this clinic as my local monitoring doctor for an IVF treatment. Nobody in the office ever knew what was going on. They didn't give me same day bloodwork as the orders stated because the lab had picked it up earlier and they said I should have told the receptionist that I needed it that same day (even though that is what the orders said) so my entire IVF calendar had to moved 3 days since it was Friday and now wouldn't get the labs until Monday. When I called to complain they said this happens all the time. Not exactly what you want to hear!
