They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I waited probably the average time to receive my test results. I wouldn't say they were prompt in notifying me. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Dr Reed is an excellent doctor. He's been my ob/gyn for 15 years and I no longer even live in the Fort Worth area but still drive to see him.

Dr. Read and his staff are among the best of the best. When I first came to his office, I had just moved to the area and was nervous about having a male Doctor. Dr. Read is the most professional Dr. I have ever met. He takes the time to answer any questions you may have and reassures you that he and his staff will be with you every step of the way. The facility is extremely clean. I never had a problem getting someone to answer the phone or getting an appointment that worked with my schedule. The nurses that work with Dr. Read are so sweet and helpful, they make you feel as if you were their best friend and that they're going to give you the very best of care; and they delivered that service. The hospital (the NEW Baylor All Saints) exceeded my expectations by 100 and Dr. Read was there every step of the way and I had a healthy Baby girl. I would not only recommend Dr. Read to my very closest family, but to anyone who wants quality care that goes above and beyond during one of the most precious time in their lives. I now have moved to Denton, but will still make the drive back to see Dr. Read in North Richland Hills for my second pregnancy that my husband and I just found out about. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!
