The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. The Dr. was amazing but the staff was terrible particularly how they handled my insurance. They failed to advise me that my insurance would not cover a particular procedure and now I am out a large amount of money. I will not go back.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Dr. Read is the best OB/GYN I have ever had. His staff is excellent as well. His nurses are all great too. Alex, Shelly, Kelsie, Maria and others that fill in at times have always been wonderful! Dr. Read is very personable, he explains things, and he is great at what he does. He has been my OB/GYN around 6 years and delivered my 2nd child (recently this January). Even though he wasn't on call the day I went into labor, since he was scheduled for appointments and surgeries at his office in Fort Worth next to the hospital he was able to take care of me during breaks in his schedule and he made sure he was able to deliver my baby before he left for the day (which was really important to me and I'm really glad that he was there). I recommended him to someone pregnant with twins and he performed her c-section and she also raved how wonderful her experiences with Dr. Read and his staff were. I normally go to the Richland Hills office and the office staff is always courteous and friendly as well. My 2nd child took a while to concieve because I have polycystic ovaries but Dr. Read helped me with options for getting pregnant and explained all options very clearly and was sympathetic. I would recommend him to anyone.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. His nurses are not top notch, and a little irritating, but if you can look past their lack of care, he is okay.
