They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I live far from the office and when I left there on my last visit, no one told me that the medication prescribed to me would be hard to find. Thus I drove 40 minutes back home where I called all my local pharmacies only to find out that the nearest place to get the medication was a few minutes down the street from the office. Other than that, my time with Dr. Vandaele was fine.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.
