They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
