They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I would definitely recommend Dr. Watson and his staff as a professional and caring facility and would not even consider going anywhere else
