Office staff were rude at every dealing. Trying to get in touch with the doctor absent of an appointment was impossible. Average appointment wait time was greater than 50 minutes (not counting the time we waited before the scheduled appointment start time). Bed side manner of the dr and staff was cold. I would recommend using a different OBGYN.

I waited over two hours for a general visit. When I tried to speak with the "Office Manager," she was nasty and rude and has no business running an office or dealing with the public. She practically ran me out of the office, as I could not believe such an incapable person would be left in charge of running a Drs. office. The experience with the Dr. was not much better. He misdiagnosed me and when I called back later to discuss this with him, the "Office Manager" refused to give him the message. The Dr. is whiny, moody and allows his physician's assistant to do as much or more than he does. Do not waste your time or money on this office! There are plenty of wonderful Drs. out there!

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail.
