They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. If you need to terminate you pregnancy, this doctor has decent customer service. I was greeted when I walked in but they left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I was told that in his clinic in Buenos Aires, you can get the abortion a lot cheaper.
