They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
