Working in the healthcare industry for many years, I know how important the front office person can be. They are the first and last interaction the patient will have, and how the group is remembered. It is clear that the lady checking individuals in and answering the phones is unhappy and in the wrong profession. If you hate people, then you should change jobs. You have a simple task, greet patients, and answer the phones. No need to be rude. If it were my practice, I would worry patients would not return, nor give referrels.

The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Maria Ramirez Nieto, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. they dont take accident or work injuries
