Nice people, very professional and Dr. Lotfi is a very good Neurologist. 75 percent of their patient's are there for a personal injury cases. Even though they take medicaid and workers comp and private insurances.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?

Definitely, it was nauseating

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?

Sometimes, but you have to really look
