They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. This doctor is absolutely the best!! I am extremely picky about doctors and went to 2 other neurologists before I saw him. I wouldn't trade him for the world!!

I love this doc! He's not a drug-pusher for chronic migraines - which is rare! He knows his stuff and even suggested I try some alternative therapies. I recommend all friends and family to Dr. El-Feky. One time he even gave me free meds and let me come in to the office free-of-charge when I was having a financial hardship. How rare is that?
