They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. It was frustrating that none of my questions were answered and that I left more confused than ever. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They weren't friendly at all to me during my appointment. They were extremely rude and impolite, which made me devalue their opinion and ability to provide proper care.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Yes, I had to wait quite a while
