Dr. Marlin saved my daughter Erica's life. She suffered an AVM at the brainstem. When we got to the ER she had coded. I thank God for this man, and it's been 28 yrs this Feb., Santa Rosa Children's Hopstial, San Antonio, Tx. She's alive, and a productive person in society.
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. about the seating area...with the amount of people that go to see him... well let just say he that good of a dr...highly respected. thank you Dr Marlin!!
