Does not return phone calls and does nothing about your pain. You have to call the office to find out the status of your blood work and hope the nurse will call you back!

My father has infusion for 3 yrs but is moving to DFW area and requesting records for a closer Dr. Kendra, Laura, Mary and Jennifer were nice when we spoke but used my call for records to cancel a scheduled infusion treatment w/o notifying my father. He drove 2 hrs for the scheduled appt to be informed that 1)appt was cancelled 2)he can't be seen by 2 Drs 3)insurance won’t cover 4)Meds not available. 3/23 request to 3/27 appt? Misty didn't empathize or reschedule to avoid his pain schedule.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.This was my second visit the first visit was at 10 and i finally got in at 11:15 not because of patiebts but drug reps. I was there about 12 min. and he apologized and had to leave to teach a class. a visit today appt. at 9:30 and i finally got back at 10:45 and he wanted to know why the medicine wasnt working. the reasoning being he failed to prescribe me any at the first visit. THEN he wanted to know who my insurance was DR. FUNG asked when i said medicare he said I can start getting the prescription he prescribed today from my regular doctor i didnt have to come back anymore. I suffer from fibermyalgia so obviously my ins. doesnt pay him enough. i had heard alot of good things about him, but it looks like now all he cares about is lining his pocket. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
