Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Don't even waste your time here. They don't care about you, just your WALLET. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
