He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Her office staff is full of a bunch of space cadets. As we speak I'm sitting on hold trying to talk to them about a bill...idiots.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me.
